Passionate about hospitality in every sense of the word, Kate and Anthony met and worked together at Project Forty Nine in Collingwood, Melbourne and relocated to the Northern Rivers in 2018 to work together on One Green Acre.
In 2023 after just over a year of acquiring One Green Acre - it became Ode - Considered Dining.

We don't offer a choice of menus for a reason - we want your event to ultimately be an expression of you and your occasion - whatever that may be.
There is something special about a menu that has been handcrafted just for you, in a considered and purposeful way.
Cooking over coals
For us, the process of creation when cooking over coals adds an element of depth to the food, and to the experience.
It enriches the shared experience between us and our guests.
We use our Argentine fire pit for large events, our hibachis for smaller events and of course we love working on fire pits and BBQs at your home or accommodation.
